I saw these vids posted on another forum , one of my main backgrounds is SMC-FRP gelcoat repair but one of my other backgrounds is in cabinet building so this caught my eye and I found it rather interesting , I don't think it has any practical application on watercraft other than building a cheap canoe but anyway look and decide for yourself, it's amazing what people are making out of this stuff, campers, truck bed covers etc, it's still Winter here lol.

Foam core yes, Tightbond ll glue and canvas , no not so much.

I've watch guys build airplanes with foam, cardboard, and spray adhesive. Some people like to pursue the extremes of cheap.

Not so sure airplanes are the place to go cheap, I have used plenty of dope and silk cloth building model airplanes before though.
