Plastic Pump Shoe Removal

Dudes , i need your advice on the best way to remove the plastic pump shoe on my old 93 SN superjet.
It is really glued in there , what tools , method works best without damaging the underside of the hull , i don`t mind tearing it up as i am fitting a new aluminum unit. Thanks....

I removed a couple in the past and a chisel and a hammer is what I used. Just be real careful not to damage the hull.

I just removed a broken one from my RN. Pulled out screws and hit it with hammer. Popped right out.

On a side note...ill take the plastic one off your hands if you manage to get it out without breaking it lol.
