300/440/550 pjs viper starter

i have a 91 440sx with a pjs viper 7000 engine swap and im pretty sure the starter has worn out. ive tried 2 known good batteries and the starter turns the engine over very slowly. i run the battery down trying to start the ski and realized the gas was turned off. when i take both plugs out, the engine turns over fine but even with 1 plug in it still turns slowly. my question is, does anyone know if the pjs viper 7000 used a different starter other than an oem starter? also, wheres the best place to order a new starter? any idea on costs?

i also believe my crank seals are leaking, looks like i have to pull the engine to change the starter so i would just replace the seals while doing the starter. where would i purchase a gasket and seal set for this engine?

The PJS Viper engines use stock 1986 Kawi 550 gaskets and seals except for the exhaust pipe gasket which is a stock 440 Kawi gasket and the reed gaskets which are stock Kawi 750 reed gaskets.
