Pics? Rectangle or oval shaped cyl? Case or reed cyl? You can use stock electronics. I actually have a couple of PJS engines and am fairly close to you. They have been very reliable for me. The 750's been going since 2000 and has insane power. The 700 has been going since 2004 and has power comparable to a limeted 750.

Anyone know the jetting for Keihn CDKII duals on a 750 big pin running a PJS 650 pipe? 135 Main 45 top right pilot and 72 center pilot. Ski idled very strong out of water with hose hooked up to it for a couple minutes. Im just afraid its gonna fall on its face when in the water. Sorry to post another question in your thread. I just dont see to many people talkin about PJS products! Sorry again.

here are some pics of the cylinders the bore is roughly just shy of 79mm my boss thinks there 750 or 800 cylinders and they bolt on 650 bottom end
any help on what i got will be appriciated.

Bolt them on a set of small pin 750 cases ,you get more cc's and better flowing intake and cases plus the pistone will be easier to find and much less expensive= mo power,mo power ,mo power

what r u trying to say

Pistons were insane expensive. Thats all...lol

I rode a PJS cylinder'd 650sx 2years ago, full PJS setup. Had crazy mid/top end! Pulled stronger/faster then my sxi motor up top (I had stock 650 x2 exhaust on it though). I could have gotten it very cheap after it deto'd from water in the gas. Best price he found was going to be over $500 for pistons alone. If you have the pistons def go for it, just becareful cuz topends are brutal expensive!

EDIT: and if you do run it I would not try those BN's.

If you have the pistons do it. Your going to have a hard time with that dual carb set-up clearing in an X2 hull. Bumping the compression from 155 to 190(was shooting for 185) gave mine a real nice boost.

Matt, it's hard to tell from the pics , but it looks like that cylinder may have had a siezure on the intake. Probaly sucked a little water. Are you sure you won't need pistons?
