SX/SXi/SXi Pro Piston Wall Wear... Wrist bearings need replaced?

Hi all,

This is among one of my first posts.

I recently picked up a '92 750sx with decent compression (@ 150psi per cylinder). In taking off the exhaust manifold to put on a factory pipe I noticed a few concerning things (excessive overgrown algae in the water cooling conduits was one concern... but that's another topic).

My concern for the moment are some markings on the side of one of the Wiseco pistons.

The ski starts up and idles and revs like a kitten - but these marks give me concern that the piston wrist bearing could be on its last leg.

The other piston has no markings of any kind and appears to be in good shape.

Would anyone care to settle my nerves on the matter or help out in suggesting I take apart the top-end for a closer look?

This is the good piston:
