I thought the early squarenose boats didnt have them as they came stock?

both of mine came with them, but they also came with aftermarket pipes?

That was a wild azz guess. I looked it up on yamaha-motor.com and it's seems to dump out the back. I tried to follow the parts schematics

Water bypass outlet on my '93 Square was optional - as in I had the option to take a hole saw and put it anywhere I pleased.
