Pismo Day Trip

Dude....nice to meet you.
Yes we do at least one monthly trip to Pismo.

- On summer days, or when we are still on daylight saving, we leave early on Fridays get there by 6 PM and ride into the sunset. Then we ride Saturday all day.

- After daylight savings ends, we leave on Saturdays at 4 AM, get there by 8 AM and ride all day.

- We also plan for longer trips as in entire weekends or 4 day holiday weekends.

We would like to do the longer trips but it gets to be expensive that is the main reason we do day trips and even though is a 3 1/2 hour drive for us, we believe is every minute and mile worth it once you get there.

We had a blast yesterday. Stan showed up and He performed the highest back flip I have ever seen in person.....Kudos man!

My standups are down at the moment so I took my blaster yesterday. Man, I really have to ride that thing more often. I had a terrible time in the beginning but gradually I got the hang of it. By the end of the day was pretty confident on it, too much I guess, as I roll that thing on an incoming wave.

I was sliding it right in front of a big wave, sort of like surfing, the nose got caught under water and in a fraction of a second it went under like a submarine.....Ouch! no biggie though, everything was fine afterward.

Anyways, I will post every time we go down there and let you know.

Benny, please let me know the next time you go down there. I really want to tag along if possible. It's a lot easier for me to get the green light to go down there now that I'm not riding every weekend now that the summer is pretty much over.
