i have one terrible build quality and ridiculous customer service. on my second first fell apart I know of three more that are just falling apart.

I followed them when they first hit the scene a year or so ago because a buddy was pushing for me to buy one instead of my superfreak. I thought the price was too good to be true and turns out I was right. Their build quality is horrible, they leak, entire ski needs reinforcing pretty much, nothing lines up well, the included accessories such as pole etc are all cheap heavy crap. There isn't much info out there (mostly because people don't like to admit to mistakes i assume) but what is out there are nothing but horror stories.
Guy I know bought 3 with plans to sell two to cover the cost of his build. The BS he went through, the lack of customer service/communication and the extra cost he ended up paying just to get the hulls is unreal.

Not really sure over there, we have a lot of options here like gen2 bobs, hurricanes etc can usually be found for 2-3k USD. You guys have your own batch of custom hull builders over there too don't you?
To be honest they are not as bad as described....things have seemed to line up fine the hulls look good and solid and from what i have heard ride very well...that being said customer service is horrible almost impossible to deal with the guy also alot of work goes into building the ski it definitely is a project but for the price it is a good option for some..i have a friend building one and he will be fliping his ski for under 6k and will last him awhile...just gotta take your time making sure the ski is sealed up good and have some drain plugs in place..i can post pics of any part your curious about...there are alot of sour people (haters) because the guy himself ...he probably produced 100 plus hulls and had a problem with some and the ones that had problems he never replaced and pissed people off and so they went on a smear campaign..the three hulls i have seen seem solid except scupper valve is a definite leak spot
