Pipe for FX-1 ?

SUPERJET-113

GASKETS FOR CHAMP BRAP!
For sure the real B pipe...
What engine size are you going to have and your budget? The poor man's B pipe is the best bang for the buck if just 701ish. I made one for my FX-1 awhile back. Use any 61X manifold and a Kawi 650SX chamber. Then you do the easy mods of tap/drill on chamber to dry the pipe out and put water in at better spot. There are lots of info on it here and PWCT. Just an idea thats all.rsz_1100_1922.jpg

@waxhead will you be making a FX-1 specific pipe for a stock 61x 701?

It is interesting. Apparently FP made an FX-1 specific pipe which is no longer available. On 9/8/2021 FP emailed me:

"Sorry, FX-1 pipes were discontinued many years ago and we have no remaining inventory. We offer the Limited and Mod pipes for the 701 SuperJet. The Mod is for a modified engine and the Limited is for a stock ski. Unfortunately both pipes are out of stock and we do not have an estimated delivery date. You can check back in about a month if you still need a pipe.

The FP website shows two specific Limited Pipes for the 701 Super Jet: one part number for up to 1995 and another part number for 1996 up.
So it seems that the 61x 701 uses a different FP pipe than the 701 62t?

Blowsion only sells one FP Limited pipe for all Super Jet years (i.e., both 61x and 62t engines? What gives?)

But Blowsion says that the FP Modified pipe can be modified to work in the FX-1:

What gives? Assuming that the Factory Pipe which was specifically made for the FX-1 is best, would a FP Modified pipe modified per Blowsion's instructions in a stock 61x 701 in my FX-1 be just as good?

@waxhead how soon for a pipe for the FX-1 and will it be for the 61x ?
