I've handed out a lot of subscriptions/extensions today, thanks for all the help guys. The offer is still there though I've done a ton of cleanup already, especially in the avatars.

Obviously it was removed for a reason, so reposting it is probably the wrong thing to do.

As has been posted several times, if something gets removed, just accept it and move on.

The guidelines above are just for 'adult content', we don't allow stuff like that either.

No, if you have no avatar on the new software, you get the hazy question mark, on vbulletin you just didn't get an avatar at all.
