Built this one for our truck holds 3 skis and gives tons of room under it. Down side is you need 3 or 4 guys to load it.
Full Alum Frame

Used wood bunks so we could carpet it, we got worried about trex being to slick up this high.

Loaded high and wide

You guys never travel in a pack of less then 10 peeps! Haha...a crane or something up close to the front of the bed is a good idea though.

I got bigger wheels and tires to put on the truck now so it's only getting higher. Lol

It's a GMC 4500, 2wd, diesel, low mile truck. I got it and the last owner put a work body on it. I swapped on a 2011 Chevy 3500 body and made a nice little daily hauler.
