Freestyle PFP+OEM hull. IF YOU HAVE DONE IT, I NEED TO TALK TO U.

Yeah I tried that also just take a pc of .125 aluminum cut it in the shape of the red cross emblem bend the tabs up and your done. Dont worry about welding the corners as it is perfectly sound and lets the water drain out from underneath the box.

Pull the stock exit out. Rotate it 180 degree and it slides right back in and comes out at the bottom of the bulk head. Then just cut the exit on the power factor and weld a straight on there.
Also if you see how the other box had the extra plate welded to the outside. That's a good idea because these things blowfish from time to time.

Find a S curved piece of exhaust hose at auto parts place and run it off the bulkhead and get/make a coupler for it and ur hose coming off the waterbox?

I sent you a text telling you to to forget using the stock battery mounts. I'm pretty sure you will need to gring those off and set new hard points to strap the water box down ....

Lowering the exhaust tube to where the stock foam holes are is a great idea as well. It's about 2 inches would be ideal I did this on my tweeker build. You can do this with out de foaming. If your not a moron :)

Let me translate: 'From time to time': 'Every time you ride'

I can't thank Kenny enough! His pics are what got me to ditch the path I was taking that was NOT working at all.

All I lack now is fuel plumbing (easy), a few zip ties here and there, put a pump in and fire it up!!! I'll give a ride report tonight. This is a new package from Art and I am the guinea pig. LOL
