He is definatly the man but my god I bet he is feeling the hurt. Those guys are crazy!!!!!! I have a hard time watching the X-games for fear of seeing one of those guys take a hard fall and die right there. There have been some close calls, pastrona has had his fare share of them............but he keeps truckin. :crutches:

The double is insane......but I still think the backflip cliff hanger was cooler.....

Backflip while haning on to nothing but with your feet on handle bars? ********....thats just insane!

There were a lot of good tricks. One I think they called an under. It kinda looked like a slower screwing type of roll. Not sure about the name though.

the double was very cool(also watched it live) i understand y he won. but the cliffhanger backflip was nuts. he was completly extended, which should have stoped his rotation completly but he got the bike all the way around and landed it perfect. big props to all those guys

but did anyone else think that guy that borrowed the dirtbike the day before and wore only a t-shirt was just a giant jackass? sure it took some balls to go for it like that but do it on your own bike and have the common sense to wear some protection. He gets the award for being the biggest tool in the games for sure :tool:

today in history the year is 2050 the date is august the 4th and in 2006 travis pastrana pulled a double back flip at X games 12


I could see this in the papers ?? and the cool thing is I sean it happen
now if they just had freestyle jetskieing as a event ???

that guy is a freak i remember watching a video a while back when he was trying them in his foam pit and he said he did not think it was possible on the dirt gos to show you even he has prooved himself wrong. I think its time to start donating to the double backflip challenge

sickest thing ive ever seen in motox,If anyone would of said 3 yrs ago pastrana would be landing the double backy in competition,they would have been the laughing stock of the motx world
