<cough cough> I think he meant to say "He is riding out of them standing up after flipping his ski over and getting back in the tray.

Rule # 237 - what happens under water, stays under water.

Rule # 236 - Throw up as much spray as you can while going under water.

Seriously folks - you have to admit the entry angle is pretty incredible all things considered...

No it's not.

He has gotten closer than that a couple times. About two weeks ago he had one that was about a foot from nosing in straight. Little more practice...

I think I have ridden out of flips going in at that angle... although I would not consider it a complete rotation either... I wish I could come close to that on flatwater... amazing

Dr. Sicki, thanks man, good to see that you're back in the water too  I am back to my regular workout of jogging, push ups, pull ups, etc. It was several weeks of jogging a mile before I could do it with any speed and no limping :banghead: Now I have thrown in some various sprints too in an attempt to get some speed back (a jog was sprinting just a few weeks ago!) and that seems to be helping a lot. The biggest help for me after PT was my bicycle, that is the best thing I have found to build stength and increase motion range.
When I started riding again most of it was in the surf, with the 1" HT underpadding..........which ROCKS....and I didn't really feel any pain other than my foot not wanting to bend enough. Impacts don't seem to bother me, just the lack of motion........but I have not tried any backflips in the surf, I am a little shy about that one still  Lately I have been riding every chance I have and my foot is pretty damn sore, but it's getting better. It's not really affecting my riding anymore, so now I'm back to learning how to hang on to the Jr. Magoo's beast :hail:

My foot doesnt bother me whatsoever in the surf, but i didnt break it as bad. Although i still have a gnarly scab on the heal from where the skin had to grow back. As far as running/jogging it still hurts and i run funny (i can walk without a limp though). I ride the bike a lot also and that seemed to help the most. Now im starting to train with the weights to build my chicken arse legs up.
Good luck, maybe well get to ride this summer sometime together
peace
