No need for high temp paint. The motor doesn't get hot enough to cure the paint.
I'm pretty sure high heat engine paint doesnt take a high temp to cure, it will just withstand higher temp environments without flaking and/or melting.
Anyways, sand blast the jugs, head (if stock otherwise leave the head alone because it probably is beautiful billet), cases and flywheel cover.
Buy some duplicolor engine enamel with ceramic (can probably be found in any autoparts store). and paint away.
this stuff will hold up for forever.
