I got stupid over the winter and changed a few things out that didn't really need changing. I got a little riding in the early spring, but it's been on the blocks since then. I started regretting my notion to change stuff that worked in the first place. Kinda goes with the addage: "The enemy of good is...better." Anyway it survived.
Last summer about made me commit suicide. I had a helluva time tuning. Since then I've changed:

- engine, 735cc ported/epoxied/piped/carbed/TL'd to 760 flat top/Dasa ported/epoxied/piped
- iginition, I started with TL on first ski, killed one last year on this ski and went back to OEM Ebox and now back to TL
- pump, stock 144 with "pump port-job" (if it actually helps??) by CP w/ 9/15 hooker. Ditched the WW
- gave my 97 SJ hull a freshen up with some paint and some 3M carbon film to pole.

otherwise it's the same ski that I never took pics of for the build. I figured there's enough pics of rib grinding, foothold/scupper installs, and turf jobs. But...to be a little narcistic I figured I'd post a few pics of my ski before it gets scraped, dinged, flopped (not flipped mind you), screamed at, cursed at, and generally mistreated this year.

Did you give up in the two top/middle exhaust manifold bolts? I dont see them there. Or is it just the pic... My eyes went there because I just had a bish of a time getting those two in on mine.

Very nice ski!!! :beerchug:

Nope...they're both in there. The head pipe bolts are fairly new and shiny. It's the pic that makes them look to be missing, but trust me they're in there. Thx for the compliment. Maybe I'll one day be able to ride well enough to warrant the money I've spent over the past few years.
