TTT... Anyone ever just added bigger brass fittlings on everything and running bigger hoses everywherE?

stock 750 lines are 3/8 in. When putting in dual cooling, it's pretty much SOP to enlarge all cooling lines to 1/2 in. The stock 750 head has a spot to add another fitting

put 1/2" lines to the motor.
the alloy tube is restricted at both ends, just open it up with a drill bit or any other way.
look at the ends and you'll see what i mean.
very easy and no need for dual cooling then.

I would agree, but if you're going to go to all that trouble, you might as well put dual cooling in. I have heard that the front cylinder on kaw 750/800 motors runs a bit hotter than the rear, and that dual cooling alleviates this issue, thus promoting engine longevity, therefore saving you a lot of green.
