Super Jet over half throttle problem 2001 701 superjet

when i bought it last year the ski ran fine i got it rapped and then it ran like crap carbs didnt look so good so i rebuilt them befor i did them i noticed hi and low screws where all the way in and thought it was weird so i rebuilt them then it still didnt run found out the kill switch was shorting out fixed that and now a new problem it runs great low rpm you can go wide open but the second you let off it dies almost like the gas gets shut off ive had a shop look at the carbs went thru and everything was fine this is my first sj and idk much about them yet any ideas thank you 701 ada head factory b pipe lighten flywheel dual carbs blowsion air filters

I have had all sorts of strage issues with my 02, by chance is your one way valve on backwards or missing completely? I had a similar issue with mine when I bought it.

If someone put it on wrong it wont allow the tank to pressurize and when you let off you may be loosing pressure therefore loosing fuel. Incase you don't know its a small plastic canister that looks similar to a fuel filter but will have the word tank and an arrow on it. It should be attached to your breather tube, and should let air into the tank but not out.

ill look but i put a new one on when i re did the fuel lines and it ran fine but it might be stuck ill look at it thank you
