Super Jet Orange/Blue Spark.....

Does a good working coil always produce all blue spark? Had the boat out on Monday to rinse the saltwater out from wave daze. Top end ran great, sit at 1/4 throttle for a few seconds and hit the gas it felt lean. Adjusted carbs accordingly and still didn't change.


So today I checked the spark on 2 different coils and both had orange/blue spark on lightly used plugs. Put a brand new plug in and color is better but still see a little orange? Coil is maybe a year old?

Yellow is typically a weak/partial spark, should be bright blue.
