USA woman's volleyball 6 person team had no trouble defeating Argentina last night. China, Turkey and Russia will be a tough challenge tho. Two man beach volleyball was my passion in my 20's when I had a 34" standing vertical leap, I believe doing barbell squats helped with leap height.
