I'm In. Standup class
i will go for it. put me in stand up poch class.
hehe....i plan on lounging a lot ........ on the beach with a drink in my hand:cheer:Will do.
Dont worry Moonie we will keep the paparazzi away while your on the couch. Oh that sounds bad.
I'll have the 12F on hand for emergencies also.
Oh yeah. It would be hard to catch it on the flat stuff... :sneaky: Especially if you're on it.
I know there will be quite a few people at the ride that don't do freestyle tricks to raise money for Joe Kenney.
So I was thinking there should be an "event" for the go fast people.
I want to organize a race, that will start at shore, to the oil rig out in the gulf and back to shore. All types of ski/couch's are welcome.
Everyone wanting to do this would be required to put $5 to $10 in the JK fund.
Each rider will have a handicap depending on the size of there ski/motor, meaning you big motor couch people will have few (to be determined later) seconds delay on the race after the leader takes off.
Im not sure about the stand up ski guys, I need some input on the handicap for them.
I myself will be on my Blaster 2, small but does very well in the surf. The Blaster has a break neck speed of 45mph on 3 inch chop at half tank.
If you want to be in the "Ride To The Rig" but not in the compitition/race your entry fee will be $5.
To race against me, Yes-me on the Blaster, (this is where the handicap comes in) It will cost you $10, and for every person that beats me I will donate another $5 per person. Anyone that loses will have to donate another $5 to the JK fund.
Rules and conditions may change but with some effort we can make this event happen.
Plan one for Daytona :woot:
wow, this will be an awesome race, that rig is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy out there...wish i could see it go down...
no rigs in daytona...can't really race out to boats and back...
