Oil Injection - Why don't we like it?

I sm not talking about 4 strokes.
I'm talking about the newer 2 stokes that have oil injectors to the crank.
like the kawi ultra 150 motors and some seadoo's

You can block those off too.... you just need to loop a line on the oil bath (i.e. closed loop) for the crank and you'll be OK.

Well I wasnt necessarily saying that as it is the ultimate opinion (check my sig... haha), but I will hand it to him that he knows a thing or two about yami's.

Bryan Glynn was the old moderator at PWCToday (works at SBT) that a whole bunch of commotion was started over, bans and whatnot, its over now, but in particular I remember that thread (unrelated to what happened), it was Bryan (or mabye the SBT Tech account?) trying to explain to a guy (idiot), who would refuse all common sense, that when you premix gas 50:1, its always 50:1, he thought that premix 50:1 caused his engine to lean whenever it was below half throttle, and decidely denied laws of physics and stuff, it was funny

Most all the engines people refer to to remove oil injection are the older yami 2-strokes, and kawi's that run a pump linked to the crank, essentially the same thing as a drill pump, the pumps are sound, but the tubing is not. Plus relying on oil to drip down the throat of the carb (thats where its 'injected') and to mix afterwards I have always found a bit scary.
