300/440/550 Oil block off, Pre-Mix ratio

Im doing a pre-mix conversion on my 650sx, i was wondering what you guys use/recommend for a pre-mix ratio.

some run 40:1. I believe that my shop manual suggests 50:1 though. The shop manual is for a X2 but the engines are the same in both

I'm doing the same on the 750 that I'm dropping in my 550 hull. I was thinking 40:1, but dunno.:dunno:

run as much oil as your engine can handle without fouling out the plugs, more
oil better compression. I run 40/1 or a tad less. my crankshaft has a lot of time on it 10yrs?
