iv had the bug for way to long now. I built that blaster and figured id ride it for at least another year or 2...........nope time to tear it all back down:doh:

tell me about it. I bought the sxr in dec to take to daytona as I was always woring on the 550 & what do I do after I get back from daytona...... pole, footholds, throttle, rail caps, turf, full groupk 832 sleeper.... etc.etc.etc. I think I have spent more time working on this ski then riding it.

Its tuns o fun now though. I hope to go to alumn creek tomorrow morning & ride for an hour before work. got to get the kids up & off to daycare early so I can be selfish & go feed the addiction

why u got to tear down the blaster, did you let the smoke out

Yep..missed a fun day. Get you ski rolling while there's still time to ride. We had my buddy Spice come out with his wakeboard boat to follow behind. Eric was hammering out barrel rolls. Spicer got on mine and did some 3/4 rolls. Looked like a freestyle comp. with Adam doing killer fountains and Paul doing well..not really sure on that 650 haha...I love that ski on the bouy course

That 650 with the sweet responsive steering on the bouy course?? :bs2:I think I could power slide that thing around the entire course with the bars locked in any direction! :bananajump:

Rich, I gotta try that groupk sleeper man... I didnt remember you had that engine... sounds like a fun sxr! We gotta ride sometime before this season is over...

we are running out of time fast! Too bad this weekend's weather sucks balls... hopefully the stupid hurricane's arent going to rip us off of a weekend or 2...

the 650 is a giant turd... it needs tuned also... but who cares... its time as a turd is limited...

Paul is going to take the 760 out of his blaster, have some porting work done, and drop it in the squarenose... its going to be a world of difference after we get it dialed in next season...

I didn't have the sleaper installed @ PIB. It hits hard. my timing & turns are all outa wack. I'm efn around with my 90 550sx to get the carb finaly dialed in, should have the 2.0 seat & jets next week. Its old school but I still love to ride it.

I rode the sxr this moring for about an hour

had a customer,,,, Rode this am for an hour & then it started to pour. the rain hurts @ 50 mph.

I hope to get some starting jet specs from dales jet sports for my buddies 650sx for the sbn 44 & we will dry out the oe pipe. should make huge improvments


ported 760 in a sqaure sounds fun.

I want to put a bb750 in a 550 hull,,, I have 3 550s up stairs to play with,, winter project.

Iv had good luck with paul in the past and hes a good guy. When i wanted to slap that motor together he was a ton of help over the phone.....dont trust what ya read on here all the time....theres alot of internet tuff guys and d-bags :spankme: acording to this website he wants to kill and eat your babys......

Yeah I want to try the 850cc sleeper for my sxr. I figure when my walmart oil at 60:1 finally roasts my top end I will go 850cc then. But I would still like to try it first.

Dude we are not running out of time. I got a 7mm suit, boots, gloves, and hood on the way. We can be the only 2 dumbasses out there in feb sliding around on the ice chuncks with our skis. :headbang:

I"m upgrading my sxr stock race ski with the 850 kit still..but not til late fall. Won't know how it rips til next spring. Last ride next weekend on that. I"m gonna work on the SJ to prep it for Daytona in Jan. I'll probably ride til mid Oct. on the SJ
