FYI : I just had a oddy battery go bad after one season ! I had no reciept so i took it to BATTERIES PLUS to see what they could do , they read the barcode on the side and gave me a NEW battery ! Problem solved ! looks like a good product that they stand behind !

I sell a lot of those batteries here.the only reason I do sell them is because Western Power Sports replaces them no questions asked.If I had to deal with Odyessy direct or someone who gave me grief trying to return them I would not sell them here.They do go bad especially if you let them run completely dead.If you are running total loss Jetwerks is a much better choice.

Batteries Plus lost my business, bought one of their sealed batteries, 1 year later it crapped out, took it back, they could not find me in their system, even though I knew the date of purchase (bank records), he looked at the bar code and said "Hey, this is stamped 2005, sorry"......... Bought it in March of 2006......... His response "we turn over batteries too quick to have an old one on the shelf, not possible"............. long story short, they lost my business.......

I've had nothing but bad experiences with Batteries Plus, precisely with Odyssey waranties.

That said, they're franchised, so I might have just got an asshole store owner.

Anyways, good to hear they took care of you.
