Freestyle Ocean pro reduction nozzle..Good for freestyle?

So this is the nozzle that came with my ski when I bought it, and I was wondering if it's a good nozzle for freestyle? Would an oem one be better?
And what does this nozzle go for price wise?

yes they are a nice upgrade

but they are not setup for trim....

if you arent running a trim system then a Ocean pro nozzle will be nice upgrade

on kawasakis they come with both steering n reduction nozzle...n they go for $200-300

that nozzle does nothing. it is metal so its less likely to break. its no performance upgrade.

Had one of those nozzles on my old square nose. I loved it compared to the stock nozzle. I think that center divider helps quite a bit. Acts more like a rudder applying more surface area to the jet steam. Wish I still had mine.

OP nozzles for Kawi had better clearance around the exit nozzle and a relocated position for the cable mount for sharper steering, along with the above noted gains. I have never owned one for an SJ, but I doubt they would not have incorporated the same steering and clearance enhancements.

i noticed quite a difference when i installed my op turn nozzle which looks identical to the pic posted.. the ball is located different from stock which will allow more throw.. the divider helps create better turning response as noted before.. actually have both op reduction and turn nozzles on my ski

I too noticed a good difference when I had switched op nozzle on my old 650 SJ. Mainly in turning or carving whatever you like to call it.

When it comes to running bigger CC motors and aftermarket hulls. It would be a waste of time IMO.

I agree it is a complete waste for big HP motors. Skis with small HP motors (650, stock 701) will benefit.
