Blaster Ocean Pro Head ?

I am getting ready to put an OP head on my blaster. Added a pipe also. Just took the original head off and wondered what is the real difference in the two heads. I do not know much about them so I thought someone could tell me the reason the clean one is better.

Also, in taking the OME head off, the wires broke to the thermo sensor. Can I just leave it off the new head? Thanks,

Not really familiar with the OP head, but it should bump your compression up for better response/bottom end. Yes, you can leave the thermo switch off.
