i stopped posting/visiting mainly because of school... i used to like to stir the pot a bit by getting all you Yamaha boys riled up, because you and i both know this is pretty much a die hard yamturd site :moon: ,but it was all in good fun. now, all i see here is constant fighting, and every thread that has good potential for information is just ruined by someone starting some stupid argument, and it seems its just the same argument in every thread.

why cant we just all ride and be happy, it used to be just a ball busting session about manufacturers which was cool, i mean to each his own. but now i cant even figure out what the arguing is about...everyone is just bitching.

go out and ride, or if your like me and its 35 degrees go tear your ski down and spend all you money on it just to make it comparable to a yamaturd, lighten up boys they are just toys meant for fun.

You need to pay closer attention.

I bought my ski for having fun and getting away from it all. This site has been a great start for reason to just get rid of it. I had always wanted a stand-up ski But, just never had the opportunity.

When I first obtained it, I got drawn to this site for some great tips and perhaps getting involved some with these sports. There is never a thread to be finished without someone starting an argument and using profanity. Have fun with it all you want, But, remember that anything and everything you are doing has a great effect on our kids future. After time it has been no hard choice at all to make sure that I don't introduce my anyone to this site at all.

I try not to post much because of all the childish crap that is said on this site.

Ron hit the nail on the head, Lifes to short...
If people rode as much as they b*tched online we'd probably be in the X-Games by now.

About myself....

I find that I post the most in the Spring and Summer and tail off in the Fall and Winter. I usually get busy with work and spend most of my weekends doing this around the house in the Fall/Winter time (winterizing boats and skis, home remodeling, Xmas, etc). I have other hobbies that keep me busy during the off months that usually keep me from posting here (photography, remodeling the home, car/ski repairs).

About the site....

I have followed this site from the beginning and it's like a sine wave. Bickering is nill for a while and then it gradually builds and builds until it finally just peaks and someone just explodes and the forums is in total chaos. When it's squashed it starts to go back to normal and finally everyone is copacetic with each other. The summer comes, posting drops off, and now you're under the curve. The process repeats. Honestly, there probably isn't much we can do about it.

I generally stay in the x2 section ,less BS and more of what this site was supposed to be about. It does seem everytime I post out of that section that someone has a forked urp comment about anything I may post. Thanks again for the x2 section it is a safe haven for some of us here.

if you read every new post you WILL find a lot of bickering, but if you pick and choose what you look at then its like channel surfing, cuts down on alot of the mindless drivel.

honestly some of you are making it out like the majority of the posts are fights when it seems to me at least if you deleted a few threads that it would clean up the whole site pretty well. not suggesting this be done but more making a point.

am I off the mark?

and yet you are here and in other threads adding to the drama.......... imagine that........... Have a nice big cup of Drama Soup while you are here..........

Hey Tom, deleting the junk post and threads is easy......... but when you do, people like Wedoseadoo, SFLsurfrider and a few others come out of the wood work screaming foul.............. honestly, it would be better to just take out the trash instead of thowing the whole damn garbage can away.
