What is the common diameter to bore a sj nozzle (07 RN) to, and what do you do with the bilge tube protrusion?

Looks like 85MM, and remove the stock siphon boss..........correct?

yeah 85mm is what I was told... take a metal file and file down the remainder of that stock bilge on the inside.... I filled it with jb weld and filed it down to be smooth and flush with the rest of the nozzle... prob not much of a difference in performance to speak of what-so-ever.... just seemed like the right thing to do...
