nose exhaust

i was going to put a nose exhaust on my fx-1 this weekend and wanted to know if i just run a hose from the nose fitting to the water box or if i have to t it into my stock exhaust

Most tee, some don't.

And while we're on the subject... the 2" x 24" flex radiator hose I checked out at Autozone did not exactly have the flex I was expecting. It also had a stainless steel coil in it. Is this what yall typically use or is there something better? I don't remember the cost but it wasn't cheap either...

That's what I used. It was a royal pain in the ass to install.

i think its better to tee it because of back pressure reasons, but like the old kawis, its not entirely necessary. i think i used 1 7/8" radiator flex and it was about $17
