No throttle response

Hello !
I'm relatively new to this forum, so i hope i'm in the right section for this topic.
Recently i had a problem with my superjet. I was riding normally for about half an hour, when suddenly i had no/little throttle response. I somehow got to the shore and opened the hood. There was smoke and the engine was hot. I then noticed that the silicone hose (from exhaust manifold to exhaust) was broken. I changed the silicone hose and did a test run. The superjet was/is running strange, kind of like the choke is still on (it wasn't) and the throttle still had little response.
In the attached files there are pictures of a broken silicone hose that i changed and a link to youtube video of currently not so good running superjet. If anybody has any idea what could the problem be, please share .. :) I'm suspecting it has something to do with a carburatore. I already changed spark plugs, and checked if the choke was stuck, none of them were the issue.

PS: I come from Slovenia so english is my second language and there might be some grammar mistakes.

Your pump and/or cooling line is most likely blocked with sand. When
the exhaust hose blew, it filled the engine compartment with exhaust,
and since exhaust can not burn twice, it killed the power. Then it is
possible your overheat sensor may have kicked in and activated limp
mode.

I can't tell if you are just bouncing off the rev limiter, or if your ignition
is stuck in limp mode.

You need to blow out your cooling lines, pump, retorque your head,
and exhaust manifold.

Do not put it back in the water until you know the cooling lines are
clean.

So how do i know if the sensor is stuck in limp mode and how do i deactivate it ?

Flushing the system with garden hose preassure (5-6bar) wouldn’t be enough to clean the system ? Do i have to open the cylinder head and manifold to clean it ?

FIXED !

Tried everything that i could think of. Disconnected temperature sensor, replaced ECU with aftermarket one, rebuild carbureture with oem parts, replaced every gasket on intake, measured resistance on every part where there resistance can be measured and diagnosed within margins, replaced spark plugs… …nothing helped. Decided to take it to best (and the most expensive) mechanic. He took 5 hours of work, 230€ and jet was fixed, but he wouldn’t tell me what the issue was. But the way the jet looked untouched inside engine bay i’m guessing there was something wrong with the air intake. He probably just played with high and low speed adjuster. Anyway the jet is working now as it should..
