Super Jet no spark when warmed up

i have a 90 superjet and put a 62t/62t motor in it. used my coffman exhaust from my 650 and gasket matched it. my ski starts and runs great at low speed...for about 5 minutes. once it gets warm it stops running, then it will start again. its almost like its flooded. but then i check for spark and it has nothing. any ideas? i have changed the stator and spark plug wires. cdi or s/s coil? what does the s/s coil look like and is there a way to test it? sorry for the repost on a no spark issue, i have been looking for something but nothing that sounds like this.

id be looking at the stator. a dodgey stator will sometimes still test ok.

best way to test for sure is chuck in another one.- beg / borrow one from a mate, or buy another, and if it doesnt help, on-sell it.

but if you've done that, next place to blame is the CDI - same method- swap it out for a known good one.
