Super Jet no spark on 701 62t after swap

so as some of you know i blew my motor in my 90 superjet, had a 650. i put in a 701 62t with the 650 stator flywheel ebox and hole bit. ported exhaust to match gaskets. now i found that i have no spark. when i took the flywheel cover of the 650 it was very dirty with oily scum. i took the flywheel and stator out. wiped them down fairly gently and put everything together. is it possible the stator is bad from this? i have no spark at the plugs. ive checked in this link AC output of the "charge" coil, the pulser coil output, charge coil, charge coil, lighting coil. Is there a way to check my stator or my cdi. also i noticed that my cdi is a protec adjustable rev limiter. are those common to go bad? any help is greatly appretiated

it looked like this guys does. this isnt mine just a pic of somebodies that is on here and mine was like this in the 650. just curious if the muck would ruin the stator. also my coils on it looked ok visually.
