I have a 750sxi that is running 650 electronics, was a project ski a friend started and i finished, got it finished about 3 weeks ago and rode it 3 times. On the third ride i went out to the inlet and jumped one small roller and when I landed the ski died. Get it towed back to the trailer and I have no spark, swapped to new plugs still no spark. Get home and pulled flywheel and tested the exciter coil and got 317 ohms, well within spec, checked my pjs start stop switch and it tests good, just cleaned contacts before first ride. opened up ebox and no signs of any issue, swapped out cdi/coil with another unit (unsure of condition), now i get spark once when i first crank and then nothing. Talked to a friend with lots of 650 experience and he says the cdi units are almost bulletproof and rarely fail. What should I be looking for next?
