I asked JETT about that earlier in the summer... he said that the Google bots hit the site often. Not sure if they are going to put it in there or what.

The site has no page ranking at present, suggesting that the spiders haven't crawled through it yet. One way to get your page rank up is for other people to link, so everyone with their own web pages needs to make sure that they have a link back here.

Actually, x-h2o.com has a PR of 3 (pwct is 4).

And yes, the best way to increase that is to have as many outside links on this site.

My preferred method of increasing public awareness (online) is through using alternative domain name redirects. While the spiders don't like the approach, the human behind the keyboard finds it. The hard part is getting/owning the correct domain. Plain english words separated by a dash "-" get bumped to the top of the spider list. Something like pwc-jetski-racing-freeride.com gets to the front of the line. While x-h2o can eventually get high on the search list, it will take a long time.

Weird - my Google toolbar doesn't show the PR.

I know searching the user names will pull stuff up but that isnt going to get us any new people. people doing searches for stand-up stuff pwc stuff and related forums need to be able to find us.
