No low end....suggestions???

So, I have been trying and trying to get my ski dialed in! Last year my bendix exploded while out one day. It took about 3 weeks for me to get to it and get it fixed. I got it fixed and had much less power than normal. I did a compression test (thinking that I couldnt run the motor after it took it out the water when the bendix exploded i could have had water in the cylinders) and compression was low. I replaced top end and still not running as great as it was when i first got ski. I decided to check the stator because of the shrapnel from the bendix exploding and found some damage to some wires. I figured I would try soldering them and coveing them to see if it would work. I took it out and it had its snap back. My Carb bolt kept coming loose though and my carb was bouncing around. Took it home, out some lock tite on the carb bolt and took it back out. No more snap. I found that I have a 61x lightened flywheel with stator and took the stator out of my sj650 and put it in my built ski. Still no snap and after both tightening the carb down and changing stator both times it seemed to run rich. I pulled the motor today and am going to check the reeds. I didi another compression test and it was fine. If its not the reeds I am stumped! Anyone have any ideas???

P.S. I am running a built 62t bottom end, 61x top end, bored over, ama racing head, with billet dual carb setup, riva pipe, aluminum waterbox, and my compression is at 185 both cylinders

I would start with the Low Speed Adjuster screws. Maybe turn them in 1/4 of a turn to start and see if you get a little more pop on the low end take off. Do you have a lot of aftermarket parts in your motor?

I tried playing with the screws out onthe water and got nothing. Yes, it is a completely custom built motor I bought from a guy about a year ago. Nothing stock that I know of

You might want to check the tips of the adjustment screws to make sure they are not damaged in any way. Do you have a tuneable head pipe? if so how is the pipe tuned? The pipe tuning can affect your boats bottom end and top end speeds.
