Ok I had this problem before. I cranked the ski after flipping it and I was able to get all the water out but when I get home and I wanna start it to flush it Its not making any noise, no clicking anything. It just happen to me 2 weeks ago and this was the first time using it again after changing the hole ebox and the starter engine and spending all the money I have. I even left the ski at jetworks to fix it and after one day it happen all again. How is that even possible??!!

check your starter brushes, grounds and power cables from the relay and to the relay even check and make sure cables are tight on the battery

Dude i had issues with my battery going dead every time I left the cables connected for more than 8 hours. It would end up doing what you're describing. No clicking or anything. I just started disconnecting the cables as soon as I was done riding and didnt have any more issues. Any chance its a battery issue with yours as well?

I open The ebox and it was full of brown water. The solenoid looked bad so I changed that too. The positive from the cable that goes to the solenoid was disconnected. Don't know how that happened. I cleaned everything and connected again everything with a new solenoid and its still not working.

If the positive cable broke at the solenoid, could have shorted and popped the fuse in the Ebox. Also do a voltage drop test on your cables.

check that fuse. if thats good check the s/s switch.
