How do you have that battery box tied down by the gas tank. I was thinking of doing something like this rather than in the back corner to balance it bettter

Thats exactly Why i put it there. There is a Thread (m8) in the Tank. I can make a picture tomorrow.

sweet thanks. I have a jaz tank and was thinking i could squeeze the battery between the flywheel cover and the Jazz tank im just interested in how its strapped down. I might make something out of aluminum but your setup looks cool

Hello
Now i show you some pics why i need over 1 Year to build the Ski... Without any ridetime.

I bought a Fresh Rebuild engine....
Screws were not tighten, and some are missing
No fitting for Pulse line
Power Valve were rubbing on Piston
Dome Oring broke after 1 min
Nikasil broke off
Got a Kawi Bedplate instead of Yamaha
Power Valve are not in best condition for Rebuild....
Destroyed Threads, so i have to insert many Helicoil

I will post a few more funny parts!

I Have no experience, and thats the first engine i assemble, and i realize so many poop. I had everything gone wrong that can happen

not long... Only about 1 year for 2/3 of the parts. The Rest is still missing!
