I haven't done any huge reentries ,but I tried a couple backies and I think those are harder ,and hurt more and break more stuff as evidenced by my X metal pole going back for repairs after I found a crack yesterday from daytona .

unless you magically get surf in MO you wont be learning those.

Certain busy days on Lake of the Ozarks can produce some really mean wave activity. The problem is they come at you from all directions, not nice and pretty and predictable like surf. Not putting down surf, just saying its (LOZ) a bit different, like being in a big bathtub.

the great lakes dont really count as lakes though. they have surf and (minute) tidal shifts.

yes it is.... especially last sunday chillin on the beach w/ the pigs and the wifey. Not a cloud in the sky and 85F....
