newbie gets 1st blood

we'll one of by buddies from work & his brother came out to ride, i can't say they're newbies to standups, but pretty sure they're newbies to freestyle, so i saw the brother trying to stab my wife's 550, he was getting a little sideways.
so i gave him a few pointers, evidently he got the ski completely upside down, (his first real try i think) but i think i left out the pointer of giving some throttle when you land, anyhow, his head was behind the handpole instead of over & towards the roll, he drilled his head straight into the start/stop switch, cracked his head open, but we had some nice ladies who tended to the injured, BTW, this kid was really rockin before this happened, has some real potential!!!

one more, the neighbor girly let him use her towel....not sure if she'll want that back......

he bled like a stuck pig for a while, could probably use some stitches, but he said
"BRING OUT THE DUCK TAPE & LETS RIP!!" spoken in the true freeriders spirit...lol

Lucky for him, it is. I broke the start/stop switch cover off a couple weeks ago, so it is a little sharp around the edges, we think that is what he sliced his head open on. The hubby and I are fighting over who gets the spare one that we have, so until I win, we get bloody and bruised....

i had a nasty cut last year,almost to the bone. a little super glue and i was riding the next day.good stuff.

Jonathan thought it was kinda chilly this weekend, but he's a girlyman....:shhh:
I thought it was great. We never went up to warm water this weekend, but last weekend it was 102 there. Kinda warm......
