getting your 185lb body closer to the ski lowers your center of gravity more then lowering your 9lb pole...with riser bars you cannot have as low of a center of gravity...they offer zero performance advantages...

Chill out killer. I could be wrong, but from my understanding, the majority of the weight is in the ski itself, so the risers make it easier to ride when the pole is lowered. Once again, I could be wrong, so don't have an aneurysm.

I like my riser bars... feel more comfy and they look good too... RRP setup is the best I have used.
I can't attest to them doing anything performance wise, but if I feel more comfortable than it's worth it..

Well said. Controls & rider comfort are so important. V-bars have your elbows in one position. Riser bars offer multiple different positions. The "flex" that fat bars are advertised as giving I don't know about. I think the handlepole absorbs any "shock" before it gets to the handlebar itself.

Lol working on it!!!in Chicago for work till who knows when. When I put this system on it moved me back another inch so I'm thinking about taking out like 4 inches. Which would really be 3
