so im new too X-H20, love riding.

im also a total health junky.

i run XC and track in college, i saw you guys had a 5k thing goin, im around a 15:51 myself. ( 10k is around a 33 flat.)

i really started to work on my upper body and it really helps with the standups! any other muscle groups that would help with riding?

All type of rows and lats and pullups. I was doing 1200 pull ups a mth untill my leg excercises gave me a hernia last march.
