Freestyle New crazy CarbonTriXstar build

After selling my 701 green TriXstar im planning my next build . Try to build 951cylinders on 66e cases with stroked and ligthed crank. Pipe is bunchamber and type8 manifold.

Is the shoe horn sold separately or does it come with the hull ..... That is some top notch precise work . Very nice looking machine .

Was du da alles reingestopft hast, es sieht eben so aus als ob man einen Schuhloeffel dafuer braucht.

Ach so. Aber es sieht glaube enger aus,als es ist. Habe auch schonmal probiert,wie man was ein oder ausbaut. Nich dass es wieder so endet wie bei meinem 951er mit billetcase.....da ging der Chamber nicht am eingebauten Motor vorbei,aber mit Chamber im Motorraum ging der Motor nicht rein. War gute Fummelei.

Distance rod to rod from 66e engine. but you can´t cut it with a saw. The wall transfer to transfer is to small. It is eroded (Drahrerodiert) for smaller cut. You can use 2 951s cores and cut it with a saw and use 1 cylinder from one core.

So why use a 66E bottom end and not the SD bottom end? And do the cylinder halves bolt up to the bottom end without any problems?

Don´t can use SD bottom......intake and exhause on same side, big and heavy cases with balancershaft, extreme long PTO and magnetoside shaft on crank.

Hope this projekt works good. Never seen a good working 66e in SJ projekt.

Cylinders fits good on cases but 2 problems:

You have to use needles without cages for topendbearing

Treads in cylinder little contact treads in case.You have 2 options: Mill a head with 66e treaddistance and fix cylinders
with long studs in head. Or: screw and glue a spacerplate on case and mill SD treads in spacerplate. so you can use ADA
head.I bougth a head from Jetmaniac and use a spacerplate. But with SS 66e crank i think a milled head is the
easyest/cheapest way.
