love this hull and flips with ease, my hull weighs 90 lbs and flat water flips with a 760. Great hull for under $3500.

Are you running different hood seals? Closer one looks like the hood fits well and second one has a gap all the way around?

Yes those were two diffrent seals I tried. The one with a gap is the sxr seal the other was a general rubber seal but I went back to sxr on both

What are you doing with the rideplates. Are you running them the way they come from Gary or are you modifying them

@bach6177 do you have any recommendations on mounting my chan rideplate. Cut it shorter, special mounting hardware or reinforcing? Just asking because this is my first chan build and id like to keep my brand new plate in tact

I believe so. The plate was shipped to me about a month ago. The person I bought my hull from said the plate was from Gary
