They have in depth articles by personal trainers and fitness experts covering just about every topic that has to do with fitness and nutrition. I learned just about everything I know about lifting and nutrition on there. From the basic workouts to advanced body building and nutrition tips. Being in shape can definately impact your riding skills and injury prevention in a positive way.

Agreed. Bodybuilding.com doesn't do enough background checks or even checks for accuracy/authenticity. Every other day there is an article that completely contradicts an article they may have run two days prior. It's almost like they 'need' to have something new everyday, so they make something up...like the National Enquirer. Let's see....this week we'll print that doing Super Sets immediately after eating 5 lbs of grits with a DHEA precursor, followed by 2 sets of negative only lifts while swallowing goldfish is the latest tried and true method for increasing lean muscle mass...

Not saying there is no good information there, because there is, you just have to filter out the fluff/filler articles.

Dude the negatives followed by swallowing goldfish works great, the only one I have found that is better is the super sets followed by standing on your head while eating the goldfish. now that produces rediculous results!!!

but seriously I surf body building.com alot and that is where I buy all of my suppliments as well.. but you do have to watch their articles a little closer than some other sites :Banane09:

I was buying supps. from bb.com for a while until someone told me about www.bestpricenutrition.com if you compare even with shipping its almost always less expensive then other sites. (we all like saving money no?)They ship fast too. Downside is they dont send you a super cool bodybuilding.com tee shirt/water bottle when you spend over $250 or whatever it is... :damnit: haaa
