Super Jet Need supejet help!

I have a 1990 sn that has an overheating problem. Here is the scoop. It will cool when you run it on the hose fine but when it goes to the lake you will get alap in and it will quit cooling. The heat sensor in the head will shut it down to idle. I have cleaned the lines, and called Coffman to ensure proper line routing. It is correct. Replaced the head gasket, didn't do the trick. When it runs on the hose it cools out the exhaust, the pump, and the side. Where to check now I am at a loss.

Stick the ski in the water and see if water is even being sent from the pump to the cooling lines.

what is the proper line routing for a coffmans pipe i am having the same issues, its melted the both exhaust couplers, currently ive got it plumed
- from pump to bottom of manifold
- cylinder head to right inlet on head pipe(coffmans)
- left outlet of head pipe to a T with a pisser then to the stinger

any input would be awesome
