Need recomindation on a crack

Well I got my first crack on my ski today and I would like everyone opinion on what I need to do to fix it. The crack runs from just above the split line to the top of the tray. It is not soft or spongy around the crack, so I need to know if I need to take the foam out of the inside and put some more glass over the crack on the inside, or just sand down around the crack and glass over it on the outside. Any kinda ideas would be great help.

looks like it cracked at the bulkhead.can you see it from inside compartment?
if not, proper way is to cut open the tray area and fix from inside,

As far as a better looking end job with minimal final finish sanding work, I'd scrape back the turf to cut an access hole in the tray gunwales & fix it from the inside. Use really rough sandpaper (like 36grit) to rough up the area & use epoxy resin as posted before.
Glassing it from the outside will require lots & lots of sanding & filling to get it smooth again.

I agree with the repair on the inside. Rough the inside cracked surface up to where it's smooth and air roll out some 3/4 ounce chopped mat with an epoxy resin, use as many layers as necessary for reinforcement of the crack and maybe for the top layer use a 6 or 9 oz. cloth. then that will leave you with only the outside to smooth out the crack and fill with glass and resin if it's that deep or u may just have to hit it with some fairing. Good Luck with the fix.
