Need Help

Ok, I posted this at PWCT, sorry to re-post, but I really need help and I keep getting "server busy" messages.

Looks like the gap in this coupler is huge? But some of the "teeth" have nylon between them and some don't. Should all of them have the nylon, or it it mistakenly between some? HELP.:17: :17:

That isn't ideal, but it has enough overlap of the aluminum teeth that it should be fine.

Any idea what is up with the bushing? Why does some of the teeth have those at the bottom, and some don't?

im not sure what youre talking about with the bushing. everything looks fine. i wouldnt worry about that gap

Enlarge the photo to max and look at the red circle, see the busing under the tooth? The other teeth only have gaps under them??

that is just the rubber damper, it is just pushed to the back, it fine......

the only thing wrong with that picture is no coupler cover.

turn the engine by hand. ill bet all the spaces are the same al the way around. it just doesnt look like it from just one perspective.
