buddy has a blaster that runs great out of water as soon as it hits water it doesnt want to go anywhere.trying to get it going for this weekend....any suggestions?????????????????? :banghead:

Is it the engine (The engine doesn't have power from bogging out, etc)
Or the drive line (The engine revs but the something is wrong with getting the power to the water)

Had this problem @ Ipperwash.
Check for spark, we were running on 1 cyl (coil pooched) but you won't really be able to tell much when revving the ski out of the water. It will still make a lot of racket even if running on 1 cyl, especially if it has a pipe.

I had a similar problem on my waverunner 3 from a bad choke cable. It held the choke closed some. Out of the water it didn't have a problem, but it bogged under load.

it has a b-pipe it bogs down when in the water no power,it has spark,noticed a little smoke while running thought exhaust was leaking pulled pipe and hose all the way back and no holes.one of the other guys we ride with is having the same issue.
