when I get a girdled head, looking for used over the winter, what size domes can I run and with what gas.
Motor is 61x/61x Riva type 9 dry pipe, single 44

I want something sorta in the middle as far as compression goes, but I was looking on ada site and they have domes tha go up to 230 or so, seems high, Id like to run 93, nothing higher. COuld 32's work on an ada?

35cc domes are fine with Pump gas & a B pipe, but with any of the dry pipe & the way they cross scavage the combustion chambers, I would error on the side of safety & go with a 37cc dome to start. It's always better to be cautious at first & work up from there.

Buy the 35 cc domes if you can find someone to cut them out a bit (36cc's) if you don't have a very good CDI. (See b1 drypipe post)
35cc are fine on a standup IF you have a real timing curve (i.e. Advent, Wax Racing, MSD-TL)

I run 35cc domes in the ada head. 62T/ported 61X, dual 44's, msd enhancer and a type 4 dry pipe. I run 93 pump gas and this motor works pretty good. With the ported cyl. I only get 170lbs. So, next year I am going to try 33cc domes. I hope that will bump me up to 180-185lbs.

Do you have a ported cyl.???

Those compression figures on the ada website are for a stock cyl.

When you port, the comp. usually goes down a little.
